How to make the best effects with our Rainbow Filters
Rainbow Love App uses blending modes for its filters. This means that each rainbow filter will appear slightly differently on each image depending on the lighting and coloring in your photo.

Dark Photos
Problem: Rainbow appears too bright and saturated and photo is too dark.


Here are the tools we used to create the final edit, we’ll explain the steps we took below.

How to fix rainbows that look too bright
- Keep GLOW ON
- Reduce OPACITY about 10-20%
How to lighten your photo
- Select EDIT IMAGE (this opens tools to adjust your photo)
- Use BALANCE to increase WHITE LIGHT and BRIGHTNESS 25-50%
- Use FADE to add a matte-like texture
When done, tap < back to return to filter editing screen, select SAVE FILTER to save filter and image edits to your photo.
Light Photos
Problem: Rainbow is hardly visible


Here are the tools we used to create the final edit, we’ll explain the steps we took below.

How to fix rainbows that aren’t visible on your photo
Filter Editing Tools:
Tap GLOW to turn off
How to darken your photo
Select EDIT IMAGE (this opens tools to adjust your photo)
Use BRIGHTNESS and decrease slightly
Use BALANCE to increase BLACK TONE
Use CONTRAST and decrease slightly (this adds texture)
Use FADE to add a matte-like texture
Use SHADOWS and decrease slightly
Use your eye to edit adjusting to where the rainbow is visible, with the GLOW button turned off, you’ll have a more natural looking rainbow.
When done, tap < back to return to filter editing screen, select SAVE FILTER to save filter and image edits to your photo.
